Chris qualified as a chartered accountant with a 'Big 4' firm and started specialising in private company corporate finance fifteen years ago. Prior to this he was managing director of the corporate finance division of a top ten accountancy firm.
Chris also lectures and has had articles published on various aspects of private company corporate finance.
