David Cohen joined our London office in 1976 where he is a principal manager in the corporate tax department, providing advisory services to clients as well as other member firms within the UHY International network. For many years he has concentrated on a number of specialist taxation areas; especially the UK taxation of multinationals, taxation aspects of structuring both inward and outward investment, transfer pricing, and employee share schemes.
David is involved in most of the firm’s flotations and placings; in particular, where an international dimension is involved. He acts for a wide range of commercial, and financial clients, including a number of the firm’s quoted clients.
David is happily married with two grown up daughters, and in his spare time he is a dedicated walker and traveller.
