Gary has recently joined UHY Hacker Young as a corporate tax partner.
He has over 15 years tax experience and has dealt with a large number of transactions including structuring and due diligence advice on acquisitions, flotations, group reorganisations and disposals.
Gary also has considerable experience on international tax matters and has advised on numerous inbound and outbound investments and related financing, transfer pricing and international tax issues.
His sector experience includes natural resources, property investment and development groups, retail and manufacturing companies and he is a regular presenter at industry conferences.
Gary also has a particular focus on the US market and is one of the lead partners developing a focused and dedicated London based UK-US business desk.
Gary enjoys coaching an under 9’s football team and participates in football, golf and cricket when time permits.
