Howard Spencer qualified as a chartered accountant in 1974 with a 'Big 4' firm. In 1978 he joined UHY Hacker Young and was made partner in 1982. Today his portfolio of clients range from quoted companies to medium sized family businesses. He has experience in a number of sectors including electronics, food, property and media.
His Corporate Finance experience covers all types of investigation work, including acquisitions and disposals, management buy-ins and buy-outs, as well as advising on fund raising and corporate structuring. He has acted as lead partner on a number of Stock Exchange and AIM flotations.
Howard is a member of the Executive Committee and is also chairman of the UHY Hacker Young Group.
